Experiencing Issues?
If you're experiencing an issue with software I made, I'd like to hear about it. I can't always guarantee a fix, but I will do what I can to resolve the problem.

Before submitting a bug report, please:
Read the Troubleshooting section of the user guide that accompanies the software
Restart your the application
If else fails, restart your computer
If the issue persists, please submit a bug report below. I'll do my best to address the fix as soon as possible.
Submit a Bug Report
When submitting a bug report, here are some guidelines for what is helpful, and will decrease the time required for a fix:
Include descriptive steps for me to reproduce the bug
Include the log file, if possible!
Open a Windows Explorer window, and type in %APPDATA% and press Enter. Find the application directory (eg. DrumBrain), and look for "log.txt" or "error.log".
Include the name of the application
Include screenshots, if it helps!
